It is understood and accepted by you, that by using the website, or purchasing any product, or availing any service on the website, you intend to be and are legally bound by these terms and conditions.The owner of the website(“Vendor”) also reserves the right to amend/edit/update/alter these terms and conditions from time to time and the said changes shall be reflected herein. It is your responsibility to update yourself regarding these terms and conditions.

Terms of Sale
Products listed on the website are offers for sale as indicated. Each product contains accompanying descriptive text and imagery, along with an offer price, to provide a comprehensive description of each product. Please note that the product description may contain measurements/dimensions to help you understand the size of the product. The dimensions of the actual product may vary only slightly with the item description. Similarly, we try to capture the product aesthetic from various angles to help you make an informed decision. The color of the actual product may marginally differ. We also strive to keep our product pricing updated and accurate against each product. Please note that in certain cases, such as typographical errors, change in supplier prices, etc., we reserve the right to alter our price at any point. We also reserve our right to cancel orders that may have been placed for a product at an incorrect price. We shall however ensure that a full refund is credited to you in such instances.
Once you are satisfied with the offer, the sale is completed by your acceptance of the offer by successfully completing the payment for the said product via the selected mode of payment. All sales are final and goods once sold shall not be taken back unless said return falls within the exceptions provided within these terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and can be canceled by the Vendor in case of non-availability. We strive to ensure that products shown as available on the website are in stock. However, in the odd case that an order is placed the product isn’t available, we will notify you within 5 working days and you can let us know if you wish to receive a full refund, or an agreeable alternative product. If you choose to receive a full refund, the full amount shall be refunded within 7 working days to the customer through electronic bank transfer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch and shipping times are usually indicated on the product description page, but may vary according to availability;Any guarantees or representations made by the Vendor as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from logistics delays or force majeure for which the Vendor shall not be responsible.
Default shipping times and rates are as follows:

Dispatch: within 5-7 days from receipt of payment for order.

Shipping: Within 4-5 days from date of dispatch.

Rates: For domestic/national courier, for orders above Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only), shipping is free. For orders below Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only), additional shipping is charged at Rs. 100 per 1 kg
In order to legally purchase any product from us, you must be of legal majority age, and possess a valid credit or debit card. When you place an order, you undertake that all details provided to us are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief and that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card or other mode of payment selected by you and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product(s). All prices advertised are subject to fluctuations and changes and may be done without prior notice or intimation.

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between https://www.paperrocketstudio.com and you will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the products which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
For bulk or customized orders, please get in touch with us at studio.paperrocket@gmail.com. Separate terms and conditions shall be entered into for this customized/bulk order and these terms shall be shared with you before finalization.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and goods once sold shall not be taken back. The only circumstances under which we will accept returns are enunciated below:
All products are diligently checked for quality issues before dispatch and we do our best to ensure that no defective or damaged products are dispatched to you. However, in the odd event that a defective or damaged product is received by you, we will be happy to replace the item or refund the entire amount. Depending on the nature of the defect/damage, we may require you to return the product to us, and in such a scenario, we will pay for the return shipping/pickup.
Note: Minor colour variations or slight variations in product dimensions do not qualify as defects and damage.
Photographs of the damaged item should be emailed to us within 1 day of receiving the product and we will process the claim and either replace the item (subject to availability) or refund the amount to you.
Return and refunds for customized products are not-feasible and will not be entertained unless the said product was received in a defective or damaged condition.
Cancellations shall be accepted only until product dispatch. Once the product has left our warehouse, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

You are prohibited by law to use this content for commercial purposes without obtaining express written consent or a license from the copyright owner, i.e. Sugama Manish.

Some relevant portions of The Copyright Act, 1957, are provided below:
51. When copyright infringed.—Copyright in a work shall be deemed to be infringed—
(a) when any person, without a licence granted by the owner of the copyright or the Registrar of Copyrights under this Act or in contravention of the conditions of a licence so granted or of any condition imposed by a competent authority under this Act—
(i) does anything, the exclusive right to do which is by this Act conferred upon the owner of the copyright, or 1[(ii) permits for profit any place to be used for the communication of the work to the public where such communication constitutes an infringement of the copyright in the work, unless he was not aware and had no reasonable ground for believing that such communication to the public would be an infringement of copyright; or] 1[(ii) permits for profit any place to be used for the communication of the work to the public where such communication constitutes an infringement of the copyright in the work, unless he was not aware and had no reasonable ground for believing that such communication to the public would be an infringement of copyright; or]"
(b) when any person—
(i) makes for sale or hire, or sells or lets for hire, or by way of trade displays or offers for sale or hire, or
(ii) distributes either for the purpose of trade or to such an extent as to affect prejudicially the owner of the copyright, or
(iii) by way of trade exhibits in public, or
(iv) imports 2[***] into India, 2[***] into India," any infringing copies of the work: 3[Provided that nothing in sub-clause (iv) shall apply to the import of one copy of any work, for the private and domestic use of the importer.] Explanation.—For the purposes of this section, the reproduction of a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work in the form of a cinematograph film shall be deemed to be an “infringing copy”.

63. Offence of infringement of copyright or other rights conferred by this Act. — Any person who knowingly infringes or abets the infringement of—
(a) the copyright in a work, or
(b) any other right conferred by this Act, 1[except the right conferred by section 53A] 1[except the right conferred by section 53A]" 2[shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months but which may extend to three years and with fine which shall not be less than fifty thousand rupees but which may extend to two lakh rupees: Provided that 3[where the infringement has not been made for gain in the course of trade or business] the court may, for adequate and special reasons to be mentioned in the judgment, impose a sentence of imprisonment for a term of less than six months or a fine of less than fifty thousand rupees.] Explanation.—Construction of a building or other structure which infringes or which, if completed, would infringe the copyright in some other work shall not be an offence under this section.

69. Offences by companies.—
(1) Where any offence under this Act has been committed by a company, every person who at the time the offence was committed was in charge of, and was responsible to the company for, the conduct of the business of the company, as well as the company shall be deemed to be guilty of such offence, shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly: Provided that nothing contained in this sub-section shall render any person liable to any punishment, if he proves that the offence was committed without his knowledge or that he exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of such offence.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), where an offence under this Act has been committed by a company, and it is proved that the offence was committed with the consent or connivance of, or is attributable to any negligence on the part of, any director, manager, secretary or other officer of the company, such director, manager, secretary or other officer shall also be deemed to be guilty of that offence and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly. Explanation.—For the purposes of this section—
(a) “company” means any body corporate and includes a firm or other association of persons; and
(b) “director” in relation to a firm means a partner in the firm.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising out of any transaction entered into with Sugama Manish or through this website (https://www.paperrocketstudio.com) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India ONLY, notwithstanding the place of residence of the customer.
